• Reason-first. Every tool in a list has a specific, honest reason it's included — never templated boilerplate.
• Niche fit. A collection pairs a category with a use-case or audience, so the picks fit who is actually reading.
• Honest pros and cons. We say who a tool is not for, not just what it does well.
• No fabricated metrics. We show “last updated” and never put a year in the title.
• Quality gate. A collection is only indexed once it has enough curated tools, a unique intro, per-item reasons, a written methodology and disclosed links.
